Lo is a registered dietitian/nutritionist, entrepreneur, and community builder whose work is rooted in sustainability and place-based connection. With her broad background, Lo has supported individuals and families in building more intentional, nourished lives. Her work has included teaching culturally-relevant nutrition in communities across the U.S. and in Africa and supporting young people in developing a sense of confidence, belonging, and relationship with the natural world through nature-based education. In addition to supporting the WasteLess team, Lo creates sustainable, punny postcards and guides guests on historic wanders through Old Town Park City. When not showing up for her community, Lo can be found eating a baked good (or two) and enjoying nature with her family.
